The Customer Engagement manager will be responsible for the successful delivery of multiple solutions within a client portfolio. With a strong technical consultancy background, the Engagement Manager will be expected to engage as a strategic advisor to senior client stakeholders and direct all aspects of delivery.

Responsibilities:
Build and own the client P&L
Act as strategic advisor to senior level client stakeholders
Manage all aspects of delivery for specified clients
Act as an advocate for the Loop Brand
Deliver account growth in line with agreed targets
Build successful relationships with technology providers
Lead cross network engagements – ensuring uncompromising quality across all projects
Work with project delivery teams to ensure that work is sold and delivered in line with expectation
Contribute to new business opportunities within the network
Provide leadership and inspiration to project delivery teams

Requirements:
5+ years in a client-facing technology consulting role
3+ years experience of enterprise project deliveries (CMS, eCommerce)
Expertise in one of more industry verticals
Experience managing significant client P&Ls
Proven ability in building and maintaining long-term, senior-level client relationships
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Experience managing P&L
Expert understanding of the enterprise project life cycle
Happy to travel when required (approximately 50% of the time)
Experience working on global projects would be an advantage
